ELIGIBILITY

The contest is open to all residents of New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, and Prince Edward Island age 18 years and older except directors, officers and employees of COWS Inc. and LOBLAWS Inc., any of the sponsoring companies or affiliated companies or their immediate families, cohabitants, agents or contractors. Although it is required to be 18 years and older to be eligible to win the contest, the winner can be accompanied by a person under the age of 18 years for the grand prize trip to Prince Edward Island. The contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Any and all disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws and in the courts of the Province of PEI. Should there be a conflict between the PEI laws and any other laws, the conflict shall be resolved in favour of the PEI laws. No purchase is necessary.

ENTRIES

Entries can be submitted at www.cowscreamery.ca by entering required information in the designated fields.

The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received by the contest deadline. There are no limitations on the number of entries submitted by an entrant. The prize winners will be selected via a random draw of entrants. Non-compliance with any entry procedure may result in disqualification.

PRIZE

One Grand Prizes of:
Five (5) day and four (4) night trip for two (2) people to Prince Edward Island. Included in the grand prize is round trip airfare (economy class) for two (2) people to Prince Edward Island from a major airport within Canada, accommodation for two (2) people, VIP Weekend Passes to the Cavendish Beach Music Festival for two (2) people, vehicle rental (economy), and an Island Culinary Tour for two (2) people. Any expenses occurred outside the parameter of the grand prize are the responsibility of the Grand Prize recipients. All travel must occur/prize must be used on Thursday, July 4, 2013 – Monday, July 8, 2013 otherwise the prize will be forfeited - no extensions will be permitted. If the winner does not utilize any part(s) of the prize, then any such part(s) not utilized will be forfeited in their entirety and nothing will be substituted in their place. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and cannot be exchanged, transferred or converted to cash except that COWS Inc. reserves the right to make substitutions on prizes, but solely at COWS Inc.’s discretion. Prize does not include any fees, charges, taxes, gratuities, insurances, travel or personal expenses other than those costs or benefits described above. COWS Inc. assumes no responsibility or liability for damages, losses or injury that may result from the acceptance or use of prize. By accepting the prize, the winner waives all recourse against COWS Inc., their officers, employees, agents and contractors.

FOOD ALLERGY DISCLAIMER

COWS Inc. and the providers of the culinary tour will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to foods consumed, or items one may come in contact with during the culinary and cultural experiences contained within the Grand Prize. Winner(s) concerned with food allergies need to be aware of this risk.

PUBLICATION

By entering the contest, entrants consent to the use, without payment or compensation, of their names, city of residence and image for publicity purposes in all media carried out by COWS Inc., prize sponsors and their agents and contractors. Winners' names and photographs may be published on www.cowscreamery.com.

Entrants also consent to the use, without payment or compensation, of their names and image within video recorded documentation of the Taste the PEI Country Life associated with the grand prize to be utilized by COWS Inc. in promotional and advertising materials.

DEADLINE

All entries must be received no later than 11:00pm Atlantic Standard Time on May 19th, 2013. Winner(s) will be notified by phone on or before May 31st, 2013.

COWS Inc. cannot be held responsible for entries that are lost or delayed during submission. COWS Inc. is not responsible for any failure of the website during this contest. Nor are they responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software or any e-mail, online or internet entry lost due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer or property related to or resulting from playing or downloading any material in the promotion. COWS Inc. reserves the right to cancel the contest or modify these rules at its discretion. Decisions of COWS Inc. will be final on all aspects of the contest, including matters of fact, interpretation, eligibility, procedure and fulfillment. This contest shall be subject to all federal, provincial and municipal laws. Loblaws Inc., its parent company or any of its franchisees and/or affiliates are not a sponsor of, nor affiliated with the Taste the PEI Country Life contest.

By entering this contest, each entrant consents to COWS Inc., their agents, employees and contractors storing, sharing and using the personal information submitted with his or her entry only for the purposes of administering the contest and in accordance with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap. F-15.01. COWS Inc., their agents, employees and contractors will not otherwise sell or disclose any entrant's personal information. COWS Inc. has permission to use the information provided for the purpose of marketing.
